•  FOB (Free on Board) in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000.
•  CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000.
•  CFR (C&F) (Cost and Freight) in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000.

•  5.000 MT
•  10.000 MT
•  12.500 MT
•  15.000 MT
•  25.000 MT


LOADING PORT IN TURKEY:

•  Black Sea
•  Sea Marmara
•  Aegean Sea
•  Mediterranean Sea


DELIVERY TIME:

As soon as possible after acceptance of Buyer's L/C.


DURATION OF CONTRACT:

We can't guarantee the price for more then 3 months.


MODE OF PAYMENT:

You will find this in any form of the LOI and Presentation for Portland cement.


INSPECTION FOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY:

Société Générale de Surveillance (”SGS”)  at Seller cost performed at Loading Port for Quantity and Quality Specifications, at Seller's expense.


SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:

1.  Signed Commercial Invoice.
2.  A Full set of three (3) Originals of on–board ocean Bill of Lading. The Bill of Lading signed by ship master and issued or Endorsed ”TO THE ORDER OF” or Buyer showing destination, identification of the Loaded Cargo with Quantity expressed in Metric Tons – Three (3) Originals plus 3 N/N Original Copies.
3.  Original Quantity and Quality and grade Certificates issued by SGS or equivalent Independent surveillance organization mutually Agreed – One (1) Original plus 3 Copies.
4.  Master of Vessel Receipt of Cargo – One (1) Original plus Three (3) Copies.
5.  Certificate of Origin plus Three (3) Copies of Counter signed by local Chamber of Commerce.
6.  Other Documents Agreed by Buyer and Seller.
